Vanessa Hudgens shows its body work at the gym in the number of new pictorial for ‘Shape’ magazine April 2011.The 22-year-old hottie looks stunningly cute as always, flaunting a toned and lean figure.
Inside she speaks about her diet which isn’t so healthy “I was so unhealthy. I used to go to Cold Stone Creamery, get a tub of Butterfinger ice cream and eat it all before bedtime. And my fingers were permanently stained orange from Cheetos. When I came back [to High School Musical], I almost couldn’t get my costume on. When I finally got it zipped up, my boobs were up to my chin,” Vanessa told the magazine. She continued saying that, “The director, Kenny Ortega, saw me and said: ‘Whoa, mamacita, look at you!’ And I was like: ‘I don’t know where this came from!’ But I knew,” she admitted.
About her old eating habbits Vanessa said “I lived on Hot Pockets and never touched vegetables; I needed to do something about my diet”.
After making a change and going to a healthy diet Vanessa admits that “When you’re putting good stuff into your body, you feel so much better.” Actress shows exercises that keep their tone.
About her romance with Zac Efron ,Vanessa said “We grew up together. It was nice to have someone to share all those experiences with. It was a good thing. The relationship kept me grounded and because I was with someone who knew me so well, I didn’t need to try to be someone that I’m not.”
“Long-distance relationships are hard no matter what. When You don’t have face-to-face time, it’s just different. Having an iPhone helped but it wasn’t the same,” Vanessa told the magazine.”
She always reconizged that would like to to start a fashion line of her own.”Right now I’m pulling pictures from the Sixties and Seventies studying women like Cher and Bianca Jagger for inspiration. My style is boho chic. I love that time period – the patterns, the prints, the people, the music, the vibe. I figure if you love something so much, you should at least give it a try. And you may end up making a living from it too,” she says.
