Valley of Flowers – A Place of Story
This beautiful place in India is spread over 87.5 square kilometers (55 miles), is located in the Himalayas, the mountain heights of Uttaranchal at an altitude of 3600 meters above sea level. It is a splendid place, protected by snowy mountains. The Valley of Flowers National Park is located in Chamoli Garhwal, close to Nanda Devi National Park. Completely frozen in the colder months, the valley blooming in all its splendor in the warmer months. In these periods, the locals believe that fairies have returned to visit the place. It was declared national park in 1982. It is a place of story, multicolor, fantastic beautiful, incredibly hard enough, but not impossible. To prevent trekkers and livestock from taking too much of a toll on the park, access to The Valley of Flowers is restricted to daylight hours (from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and camping is prohibited. The last entry to the park is at 3 p.m. You’ll need to go from, and return to, Ghangaria on the same day.Open June to October, the park includes enchanting landscape, healthy pastures covered a wide range of rare flowers, or even unknown to us. And fauna is a great thing in this place, the abode of many interesting species.
