South African beauty and superhuman Charlize Theron is somewhere at the crossroads between elegant and down to earth. When she’s not out lime-lighting as a world class award winning actress, she is influencing the everyday young person. One of the world’s most-photographed women, she considers beauty as coming more from experiences than appearance. The actress is known for marring her looks for roles by doing everything from gaining weight to shaving her head.

7. Kerry Washington

Kerry Washington 1

Scandalously classy, Kerry Washington is one virtuous vixen. Currently portraying Olivia Pope on ABC’s Scandal, Kerry has emerged as a world class actress and great role model. The Django Unchained star is a product of The Bronx, New York City, where she attended George Washington University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 1998 with a double major in anthropology and sociology. She also studied at Michael Howard Studios in New York City.

6. Blake Lively

It has been said that California girls are the most beautiful girls in the world. Well exhibit A in the case for such a statement would have to be the elegant Blake Lively. She is known for her roles in Gossip Girl, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Town, Green Lantern, and Savages.

Anna Kendrick has the looks and acting chops of a classic Hollywood starlet mixed with the voice of a siren. Born in Maine, Kendrick started her career at the age of 10. Her parents were supportive and often drove her from Portland, Maine, to New York City for auditions. She got her break playing Jessica Stanley in the Twilight series. Her spectacular performance in the Broadway musical High Society landed her the Drama League and Theatre World Award. For her role in Up in the Air, the National Board of Review named her Best Supporting Actress, and she also picked up nominations from numerous critics awards, The Golden Globes, The Screen Actors Guild, and the Academy Awards.

Whenever she steps out into public for ceremonies or premiers there is never any shortage of “cuteness envy” from onlookers. Her style and class is scarce among most ladies her age. Anna has the unique achievement of appearing in three big screen musicals – Into the Woods (2014), The Last Five Years (2014) and Pitch Perfect 2 (2015) – that are set to be released theatrically within just six months of each other. This is a rare feat, considering the low amount of big screen musicals that are made in Hollywood each year.

4. Emma Stone

Emma, AKA the “Stone bone,” pulses with girl next door vibes. The only things larger and more beautiful than her eyes and smile are her heart and work effort.  Hailing from Scottsdale, Arizona the comedian and actress has already made a name for herself at such a young age. She is determined to seize every opportunity to learn and grow her craft. Overcoming some rather considerable obstacles in her early career, like her mothers fight with a rare type of breast cancer and occasional panic attacks, Stone broke out with hits like Superbad, Zombie Land, Easy A, The Help, and The Amazing Spider Man.

Since February 2012, Stone has been one of the faces for Revlon cosmetics and was considered one of the 55 faces of the future by Nylon Magazine Young Hollywood Issue. 3. Natalie Portman

natalie-portman

The depressingly impressive details in Natalie Portman’s altogether too precociously storied career are without equal. Ms. Portman is one of a handful of high-profile actors who happen to have serious scientific credentials — awards, degrees, patents and theorems in their name. Not to mention she is extremely attractive. Born in Israel in 1981, the actress grew up on Long Island, New York, and began modeling at age 11. Her film debut was in The Professional (1994) at just 13 years old. Her fame shot even higher when she was cast as Queen Amidala in the Star Wars prequels and Eve in V for Vendetta. While continuing her career, Portman earned a degree in psychology from Harvard. She then won the 2010 Best Actress Oscar for her role as a troubled dancer in Black Swan. More recently you can see her as Dr. Jane Foster in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Portman has professed an interest in foreign languages since childhood and has studied French, Japanese, German, and Arabic. She is an advocate and activist for animal rights, environmental issues, anti-poverty, same-sex marriage, and science literacy. She traveled to Uganda, Guatemala, and Ecuador as the Ambassador of Hope for FINCA International, an organization that promotes micro-lending to help finance women-owned businesses in developing countries. In January 2011, Portman became an ambassador of Free The Children, an international charity and educational partner, spearheading their Power of a Girl campaign. She also writes popular books about math with clever PG-13 titles like “Math Doesn’t Suck” and “Kiss My Math.” Class dismissed!

2. Scarlett Johansson

Top 20 Most Classy Female Celebrities (1)

No matter if its a verse from the bible or stories about near death experiences on A&E, I’ve always imagined the heavenly or angelic contact taking the form of Scarlett Johansson. This leading lady seems more like the goddesses of old than your typical Hollywood starlet. Born in New York City, she attended and graduated from Professional Children’s School in Manhattan. She soon found herself garnered with attention for her performance in the 1998 film The Horse Whisperer, directed by Robert Redford. In 2008, she starred in The Other Boleyn Girl, with Natalie Portman where both can be seen swinging the film’s sixteenth-century protofeminist issues handily into this one. You can see her as Natasha Romanoff aka “Black Widow” in the Marvel Cinamatic Universe constantly dealing out major whoopings.

When she’s not “destroying it” on set or stage, she is donating her time to charities and causes. In 2005, Johansson became a Global Ambassador for the aid and development agency Oxfam. She also advocates voting in young people and hosted a fashion launch of pro-Obama clothing, bags and accessories, with proceeds going to the President’s re-election campaign. She addressed voters at the Democratic National Convention on September 6, 2012, calling for President Obama’s reelection and for more engagement from young voters.

1.Emma Watson

The epitome of class. There are some woman, throughout time, that shape events and change the course of History becoming immortal. Emma Watson is well on her way to such tittles. Emma has a healthy mix of modesty, kindness, class, style, and brains. She was born in Paris and grew up in Oxfordshire, England. The Harry Potter star has been the provocateur behind record breaking films, award winning performances, and important social-political movements. In 2007 she was ranked #15 on Forbes List of The 20 Top-Earning Young Superstars. Later in 2009, she was named the ‘Highest Grossing Actress of the Decade’ by the Guiness Book of World Records. Her film work in the past decade has grossed over 5.4 billion dollars worldwide.

She is also the creative advisor for People Tree, a Fair Trade fashion brand. Watson attended Brown University and Worcester College in between filming Harry Potter The Deathly Hallows and in 2014 graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in English literature. Watson has promoted education for girls, visiting Bangladesh and Zambia to do so. In July 2014, she was appointed as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and delivered an address at UN Headquarters in New York City helping launch the UN Women campaign HeForShe, which calls for men to advocate for gender equality. The Ms. Foundation for Women named Watson its Feminist Celebrity of 2014.
Schools out.
