Spain Will Be Home To The Ferrari Land Theme Park
The largest indoor theme park in the world is called Ferrari World and was opened in 2010 in Abu Dhabi, but the renowned carmaker Ferrari now set its eyes on Spain for its next massive Prancing Horse theme park: Ferrari Land. This amazing establishment is set to be complete in 2016, and it will be built within the PortAventura resort, in close proximity to the city of Barcelona.
With construction costs of approximately $140 million, the park will feature an exquisite 5-star hotel with 250 rooms as well as a Ferrari-themed hotel and a very impressive vertical accelerator. Entertainment facilities would include a driving simulator, swimming pools and several restaurants, all fitting nicely within the theme park’s massive 807,000 square feet of usable space.
Ferrari Land is the result of a collaboration between Ferrari and PortAventura Entertainment S.A.U, and when it will be complete, it will represent the first European Ferrari theme park.
