Robin Williams’ Beautiful Villa Sorriso for Sale
Robin Williams’ sudden demise is still hard to accept by his millions of fans of all ages. He left behind an overwhelmingly rich legacy of happiness and smiles, and that is all we should focus on. For one of his wealthy fans, though, his memory can also be celebrated by purchasing his old Napa Valley property which he dubbed Villa Sorriso, or The Villa of Smiles.
When Robin Williams put it back on the market a couple of years ago, he listed it with the reduced price of $29.9 million. That included 653 acres of rolling hills and beautiful vineyards, as well as a four-bedroom guest house, and a main house with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and five half ones.
The iconic comedian used Villa Sorriso as a quiet hideaway from the hectic Hollywood life, as it was located in a serene place, 80 miles away from San Francisco, between Sonoma and Napa Valeys. The property offers access to riding and hiking trails, and it boasts a seven-stall horse barn, 100+ olive trees, a fishing pond, and a 65-foot infinity pool.
Some of the mansion’s highlights include a home theater, a luxe master bedroom with access to a private tower with bridge, and an oak-paneled classic library with an extensive collection of books, antique pieces from around the world, a hand carved chess set, and built-in book cases.
