Multnomah Falls

We think that every man would love to get here.Multnomah Falls is on part belongign to Oregon ,east of Troutdale ,between Corbett and Dodson.Water drop occurs in two major stages, divided into a waterfall of 165 meters high and a lower waterfall, 21 meters, with a gradual difference in height of 3 meters between the two waterfalls. So, overall height of the waterfall is 189 meters. Multnomah Falls is the tallest waterfall in Oregon.

Larch Mountain Springs underground water is the source of the waterfall, plus quantities of water resulting from melting snow on the mountains and rain, during the succession of seasons.A narrow path leads to Benson Footbridge, a bridge 14 meters which allows tourists to travel the 32 meters at the bottom of the waterfall.The trail continues to the upper platform of the falls, where visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the entire valley Colombia and observation “Little Multnomah”, a small waterfall that is part of the main waterfall, but that is not visible from ground level.
