Light and Powerful iPad Air by Apple
Apple recently unveiled its brand new iPad Air model, which currently represents the best iPad available on the market. Unlike the MacBook Air, the iPad Air does not represent a toned down version of its base model, but rather a more powerful and lighter version that will probably pave the way towards even more exceptional tablets in the near future.
You see, the iPad Air includes an A7 chipset that is based on the 64-bit architecture, which means that this light and slim product basically operates in the same way as a desktop computer does. Moreover, this powerful chipset is paired with an M7 “motion coprocessor”, which helps deliver unparalleled graphics quality and 3D performance in games and in demanding applications alike. Moreover, the 9.7-inch display features a resolution of 2048-by-1536, which is more than we can say for many laptop or desktop monitors.
As we’ve come to expect from Apple, their newest products are definitely slimmer and lighter than the old ones, and this is exactly the case with the iPaid Air, since it is in fact 20% thinner and 28% lighter than a regular iPad. Other than the previously stated improvements regarding performance, however, the Air version looks and feels pretty much the same as an iPad 2, and it will be retailed starting November 1 for $499. Do you think it is worth the price?
