Kingston Custom’s Gorgeous Honda CX500 Motorcycle
Even though the Honda CX500 wasn’t necessarily one of the most beautiful or the most appreciated motorcycles in the world, Dirk Oehlerking and his team at Kingston Custom decided to unleash its full potential. Therefore, the bike was stripped down to its frame and rebuilt from the ground up using high quality materials, and it now looks absolutely spectacular from every angle.
The main modifications involve a handmade bench seat, foot brake lever, fenders and battery box, while the engine received a thermo-sensitive coating. The exhaust was replaced with a modified one by Harley, and its manifold was enveloped in thermal tape. This exceptional café racer also received a new Bates headlight boasting a Harley cap, a set of Fehling stub handlebars and a pair of Avon tires. Last but not least, the bike flaunts a superb gold paintjob that gives it a flashy yet elegant allure.
